Allegory of the Cave – III – Between the Cave and the Outside World

Allegory of the Cave – Between the Cave and the Outside World

Most humans will live at the bottom of the cave for their entire lives, and a few will be the protagonists who project the shadows with the use of artificial light, they themselves deluded by this function. It is up to those who glimpse the sun and the outside world decide whether to keep this knowledge to themselves or to return to the cave, to spread others that there is much more to be seen beyond this manipulated existence, even if they are labeled crazy by those who prefer to remain accommodated.

Mixed media over photography (35x50cm), fixed on a 45x60cm wooden panel and framed on the edges with black wood, ready to hang. Shipped in a carboard box.
